This time when I ordered, the same product I have ordered in the past, it accepted my payment, sent me an order confirmation email and even sent me an email stating my product was shipped. Only to find out two days later that the product was on back order. Which is it, shipped or backordered? So I proceeded to order again because the site said they were available. Once again I received the same email notifications. And yes, my card was charged both times. Then, the company ordered the item for me without me knowing and for a third time, I received emails and my card was charged. Yes, my card did get refunded for all charges but this is NOT the type of service I want. The second time I called the company, the service rep was able to talk with a manager and verify that the product was no longer available. This is very frustrating so I just went to Amazon and ordered what I needed. Unfortunate because I like to support the company not the big corporations. "
