"This is the second time we have ordered a replacement canopy from Garden Winds for our canopy. They have lasted on average 2 years before tears begin - I expect just from weather related wear and tear. It is easy to find our replacement, easy to order online at Garden Winds and delivery was stated accurately. We are pleased with the replacement - although we cannot stretch it enough to get one of the corners secured - but maybe as it 'ages' we will. By good ole American ingenuity though we have secured until then! "

"I was looking to purchase a new canopy for an older outdoor swing, I thought I had selected the correct model, but texted them for confirmation The customer service team responded quickly asking for just a little more information and pictures. They directed me to the canopy that I needed and without their quick assistance I would have ordered the incorrect model. They told me it was be snug but it would work and it did. So happy to have the canopy again!!!"

"This year the cover fit a little easier. I'm not sure if the canopy covers are being made just a bit larger now but it was easier to fit. The added grommet holes are also a nice addition for drainage. "

"The canopy is extremely difficult to install mainly because the QC process fails to verify adequate dimension for the frame. Consequently, like the last replacement, within a year it will tear at the grommets. It is also not water proof at all. There are leaks all over the canopy, which defeats some of its purpose. Only the original that came with the gazebo had ever proven completely satisfactory.
