"The house we bought in November 2018 has a Garden Winds canopy. It was torn, so early in February 2019 we replaced it with a new one. By the end of 2019 it too had started to tear and was obviously going to need replacement again. I tried to get it replaced under warranty, but because I contacted the company two weeks outside of the 12 month period they stuck to their guns and refused, even though I sent a photo showing the extent of the tear, which could not possibly have happened within that two week period. I had no choice but to purchase a new one. I know that this too will fail, as it is not capable of standing up to the heat and wind that we get in Nevada. The instructions that come with it say to remove it every time there is going to be rain or high winds, which is of course completely impractical. They also recommend adding extra eyelets to allow water drainage. If these are needed, why the heck are they not installed at the factory. Overall, I am disappointed with the product and the company, and would not recommend it to anyone."
