"Wrong small canopy sent, large canopy collects water it is too big. Got in touch with customer service said it was normal to be short by a few inches and had no comment on collecting water. Difficult to deal with. Had to send tons of pictures etc."

"The replacement gazebo canopies fit like a glove, but no where in the pictures or description of the product did it show or mention that it had holes in the top (grommets I later learned).
This made it impossible to use for its intended purpose of keeping rain at bay.
