"My order came in a timely manner but was surprised no rings were included with my mosquito netting part of my purchase. I bought the bundle of canopy and netting but it seems rings for the netting don’t come with a bundle purchase but do when you purchase the netting on its own. Seems awkward to me"

They sent the canvas and i will have to order the roofing frame when it is back in stock in a few weeks or so. But all and all this company went above and beyond as I had to send pictures of my frame and they could ID the brand since it was 6 years. old. Great job and their follow up is amazing."

"I prepped and put up my canopy in June, and it had 4 holes by November. I used the material protector the company suggested, so the canopy should have lasted much longer. Yes, I am getting a replacement canopy for free, but that doesn't give me any confidence that the next canopy won't do the same."

"I needed a replacement part. During a high wind my umbrella cover was torn. The frame did not have any model numbers or identification. I of course do not have the receipt and could not even identify the manufacturer. I sent some photos to you establishment and within minutes had the correct part number. It arrived and fit perfectly. Ordered a replacement canopy after the factory one with the gazebo purchased deteriorated after a few years. The replacement came and appeared to be an excellent product. It lasted one season and when I took it out to install the following year, it tore in two spots. Gardenwinds replaced that canopy and the replacement lasted EVEN LESS TIME! When removing the canopy at the and of this past season it TORE AGAIN! This time they are offering no resolution/support. Claiming the warranty has been fulfilled and closed. What fabulous support for a product they claim to be of such great quality! Will not be returning for business and DEFINITELY do not recommend this product."
