"I spent 7 month contacting the original makers of the canopy purchased through Target. Constantly told it was on backorder. They never had a good answer and wouldn't contact me if it came in. Was told to " keep trying ".
Finally I thought to google the canopy number. Garden winds came up. Deluxe reinforced was....in stock. Paid quickly and easily. Shipped within days. Arrived as told it would. And I have the perfect replacement canopy. Heck with that other "original" company. Wrong country!"

"We shopped the garden winds website to find the right canopy for our gazebo. The supplier, the pictures, the frame all matched. The canopy that arrived was three inches too small on all sides. We wanted to exchange the canopy for one that would fit but were told we needed to pay the shipping and also a $45 fee would be deducted and since our frame doesn’t have a model number they couldn’t guarantee a replacement. The entire time they were very accusatory and defensive rather than trying to help. Will not buy from them again."
