"Cover came quickly and was as described. Instructions were perfect and made it easy to put on. However, I noticed pinholes in the cover which make me think it will not hold up. There is daylight on many of the seams and once again quality is a great concern. I waterproofed it per instructions, but with holes how good is that going to work. The instruction to take it down in weather is ridiculous. It would become a major pain and would probably cause even more stress on the cover. It gets a 3 for the receipt and instructions. It gets a 1 for the perceived quality."

The item needed was out of stock until next year, and I had to work to get that information from the order desk. The suggestion was to take a returned product, at a reduced rate. Great, right? But we charge extra for shipping when you take any returned product. Customer service was very average."
