"I ordered a canopy for my 10x10 double tier gazebo and the canopy was too small. I tried to return it but the fees to return it were 1/2 as much as the canopy so it’s not worth it. I bought the next size up and it’s WAY too big. But I have to say that the shipping was fast. "
"I just wanted a 10'x10' canopy cover, they sent me some stupid cover with open top so rain comes in, then there's a note that says I should add grommet holes to prevent from sagging and should spray with 303 fabric guard. I think they had a piece of crap canopy that they couldn't sell so they sent it to me and charged me to much money - I thought I was getting a good cover but it looks like a piece of crap that will fall apart in a month."

"Use of website and delivery time were excellent. Unfortunately the top that was shipped does not fit. It is about 2” short on the large part and the smaller vent part is about 1’ too big. Very disappointed. Did not want to pay the fee for returning to I altered to length of the arms and made it fit. Do not recommend this replacement top. If I had known I’m advance it would not have fit I would have spent the extra money to buy a whole new gazebo. I’m the future I will make sure to buy a frame that I will be able to replace the top at local stores. "
