"Our canopy is on backorder since 3-28-2019. We have received no updates as of today, 4-14-2019 and I could not find out anything on the order confirmation site. I wrote customer service and they responded quickly to tell me when the canopy would be in and when to expect delivery.They then told me when the canopy was on its way. I have received the canopy and am very happy with it even tho it took along time to get it. I do understand it was a special order and thank you very much for your service.

"Seven years ago we purchased a gazebo from The Home Depot. The canopy and the netting lasted quite well for about five years. Two years ago we purchased a new canopy and nettings from Garden winds. We use the canopy for only about four months a year as we are in a northern climate. We have always taken very good care to remove and store the canopy and the nettings over the fall, winter and spring months. This year when we tried to reinstall the canopy, it started to tear in many spots. The material simply started to split and pull apart. I emailed the company yesterday and I am very unhappy with their response. Basically, they said there is nothing they can do. With the exchange rate, we paid close to 200 dollars for just the canopy and it did not last for more than two short seasons. I would not recommend purchasing products from this company. I have been reading other online reviews and it seems many people are having the same challenges. This is unfortunate because we like the design of the gazebo we purchased and the metal frame is still in very good shape after seven years. "
