"I needed a canopy that was exactly 10' x 12'. It was advertised as such. The actual Dimension was 10 ft 9 in by 12 ft 7 in. It somewhat fit but it is not a perfect fit."

I purchased what was advertised as a more durable product this time and will see if the warranty/guarantee will be honored. I did notice upon putting the new one up that I could see several areas in the stitching that look weak. I am in hopes it holds out this time!
