Contacted Garden Winds and was told to send a photo , measure the frame and tell them were I bought it from. I'd all three and the response was they don't recognize my particular frame. Still have no canopy. Returned the one I ordered it was to small."
"This was my first time to ever ordering a replacement anything by sending a picture of it. I actually sent a picture of the frame that is standing on my patio withouta canopy. They got it right the first time. I was impressed since this was my second attempt to get this replacement. The first one from another company had to be sent back.
