"Just purchased our 2nd GW canopy cover.
The original frame and cover were purchased at Home Depot. In is 2nd year, that cover was destroyed by snow. No fault of the cover. 1st replacement was purchased through GW and was in its second year when it was destroyed by hail (I Love Colorado!). 2nd replacement was just purchased. Fit Like a glove. Ordered one with a print this time and it looks great. Would LOVE to not be replacing them every couple years, but so far no fault of the covers.
Two things I did notice
First, I noticed when removing the previous two covers, both were pretty faded by the sun. Its never been a concern for me but i would considere better UV protected cover if it matters to you.
Second. the corners of all previous covers are "well stiched" but the stiching looked very streched. Id expect them to have failed before too long, weather stepped in befoere the corners failed so am only guessing how they would have lasted.
I will almost surely buy my next cover from GW again, as they've been a good group to work with."

"I needed a replacement canopy for my oval gazebo and by the way this model is discontinued and hard to find replacements for.
I went on line and found Garden Winds, I was surprised to see that I could take a pic of the frame of the gazebo and send it to them via a link on the website and (holy shoot) I received a reply with a link forwarding me to the correct one!
I opened the link and found out I could not order from Canada through it so I thought...mmmmm.....they were so helpful could I imagine they would help with this?
So here I go again and send an email explaining this situation and again I was replied to in a short period of time with a link to a Canadian distributor.
I ordered on a Thursday of the last long weekend (Canada Day) and it was delivered from the States on the following Wednesday....Free Shipping and no duty!

"Saw several different tops for my gazebo after checking my papers ordered the one that fit my model #. Two choices for my type based on model#.To small, had to make some “ adjustments” to my frame for it to fit properly. Nice fit now better than original one, probably should have called before ordering to make sure I was ordering the correct one."
