"I have ordered replacement canopies in the past and exceeded my expectation, not this time, if I could return the top I would but unfortunately the old top is just not usable. This does not stay on properly, it's too lightweight compared to the original. We'll use it, we have no choice and I'll figure out something else to use - just not the quality I was expecting which is too bad because in the past Garden Winds far exceeded my expectations - I certainly don't want to buy another - terribly disappointed."
"The cover for our Lowes gazebo finally expired this year. I sent a picture of the frame to customer service on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I got a response back in about 30 minutes with the cover that I would need. They offered a "buy one / get one ½ off" deal, which we took. The package arrived on time. The cover fits perfectly. So now I just need to remember that I already have a replacement when this one bites the dust. "

"Someone should advise sellers to have follow up surveys after product has been used awhile. The Ripstop 350 canopy fit and finish are better than original. It lays smoother and tighter even though it installed more easily than the original. It has more drain holes to handle heavy rain but their location is not ideal. Time will tell how durable it is. "
