The staff at GardenWinds was very helpful in receiving a photo of my frame and identifying the right canopy. The canopy arrived quickly and in good condition, and it fit the frame perfectly. I am very pleased. "

"They were good about ordering the correct size for my gazebo replacement canopy and it fit perfectly. Then after the first rain we had, we found that it leaked or wept. To be clear, water came through the fabric, not the ventilation grommets. The canopy we had before this replacement canopy never leaked.
I sent an email to Garden Winds and they said that the canopy is not considered weather proof, rather weather resistant. I will keep this canopy for now, while i look for another one to replace it. :-(

Asked for a supervisor and told one was not available...go on to web site to complain.
