"I bought canopy replacement. I called customer center to double check. They mentioned that I bought the right item for my gazebo. I tried very hard to install it, but it didn't fit, so I used knife to more space to fit, but eventually failed. And I broke my gazebo as well during the process. 2 poles broke in half.
Called customer center and mentioned I want to return. They refused since I made modification to the canopy. Why did I make modification? Who told me and assure me that I bought the right item? I mentioned about gazebo damage, but they refused any repair cost. Looks like none of their business whatever they told me.
So I ended up losing close to $300. Terrible experience and unkind customer representative. "
