"The replacement canopy color doesn't match or is similar to the original canopy. Its pinkish and not beige in color. Then they want you to pay to return an item that's not similar to your original canopy. "

"I have ordered a replacement canopy for $275.00 Cdn, for the same gazebo on two previous occasions. The third time I received the wrong item. My order states the correct name was used to place the order as I did in 2013 and 2016, but I received the wrong canopy. During subsequent communications they advise that they have recently added an additional model number requirement under that same product name so that in addition to the name and purchase point of the gazebo, there is a model number now required. I could not have known that these changes have occurred and they are unwilling to provide me with an exchange item without charging me another 50% of the original price. They do not recognize that there is any halfway point and are rude and uncooperative. Hopefully my sad experience will help someone else to avoid the same costly error."
