"We ordered a replacement canopy on 4-26 and was told at that time it was on back order. That was fine except that it was coming from China and now we have a problem with merchandise coming from China. I called them on 5-10 and they said that it was still on back order and it may not come in until July. Since we wanted it way before then, I changed my order and ordered the next best that they had. This was very easy and they took care of everything for me. I have been very pleased with this company. "

"I have been looking for about a year to find a replacement canopy for my swing. I found the garden winds website and they had just the right size one. The picture detail on the website helped me choose the right one. I ordered and had it within a week. The fit was perfect and the material better than the original. The material is reinforced and water resistant. I am very happy with my purchase and the price was good."
"Took a bit to get the correct canopy due to changes made to the generic cover we ordered the last time. Customer care did handle the refund. Also assisted in ordering another cover. I only have two issues. First, the CSR didn't seem to care to discuss the ordering issue, using the same stock number I used less than 2 years ago. Since that time, there were changes made to the generic cover which made it unusable. My comment: If changes are made to significantly change the universal foir, then it might be a good idea to advise that the changes might affect installation, or, more simply, change the stock number which would drive customers to order the correct cover. Second, their tool to determine an alternative cover is via text ot email. I sent in pix via text, and ther alternate cover was recommended. I attempted to confirm return authorization for the universal cover as well as place an order for their recommendation, but they lack the capacity to accomplish this, including communicating with CSR. They just wern't interested in suggestions to streamline internet, text and phone orders."
"Garden Winds was prompt about advising on the kind of canvas I need, for my model of gazebo. Sending a text photo of the frame is sensible and fast. It is easy to contact them by phone, too. Their website is easy to navigate and I found it easy to locate the gazebo I have.
I would like to make one suggestion, though. I have a hexagonal gazebo, and I have to pull hard on the fabric to fit it over the last corner. I wonder if it would be possible to fit in an elastic insert on one corner to protect the canvas from too much stress from stretching, especially when it starts to get weaker from UV. "
