"I texted them a picture of my frame and the jumped right on it and got me the right replacement. When installing it, the main canopy was great. The cupola part had an unsewn Sean in one corner. I called customer service and the very pleasant lady told me to e-mail a photo of the damaged area. I did that immediately (over a week ago) and have heard NO response. NOT GOOD"

"My gazebo means a lot to me and I love it as a hideaway in my back yard. Unfortunately, trees seem to lose boughs and they pierce the canvas in such a way it cannot be repaired. So I order new tops and have it for the next season.
Sears was the company that I usually ordered through, but that became impossible. A friend found your website and I purchased the new top and curtains and they fit perfectly. And I did trim the tree, so hopefully I will be good for a few years. Thank you.

"First canopy lasted about two years. It faded from Hunter Green to Beige. Unfortunately I have ordered another one because I can not find a company that sells the specific one, and is has defective dye. I was told to send them a picture of the defective dye, which i did. I was told I would get a response in 48 hrs. That was a week ago. To be continued!!"
"The cover I received was very difficult to put on. It was like it was several itches to short. It had tp be stretched in order to get it to fit on the corners. One of the corner pockets was ripped, but I didn’t find it until I had it all installed. If I hadn’t had such a hard time getting the canopy on I would send it back.
