"Ordered cushion for 3 seat swing on April 22nd. Pending charge on my credit card, confirmation received. Then on May 2nd received email that item would not be in their warehouse until July 15th., I probably wouldn't receive until last week in July...this company sells summer items...no thanks. Very annoying. "

"Ordering and shipment were fast and painless and I was fine with the price. However, installation of the new canvas for an approx 11 foot wide garden umbrella was a nightmare due to poor product design. To install it, we had to rip open the seams a bit around the center hole to get it to slip into place, but then it couldn't be tightened up to stay secure with the single velcro slit that was provided. I decided to install 8 metal islets around the central hole so it could be cinched tight with a nylon cord. Solution works great, but spending time and money redesigning something that should have easily and cheaply been designed better in the first place was an annoyance. I don't know who is to blame for this. I would like to get word back to the designer/manufacturer of the actual replacement piece. I suppose I will use Garden Winds again, as I don't expect I'd find a better-made product elsewhere. "

"They did a great job is far as telling me what canopy to order based on pictures. I clicked on the text and it took me to a page in which I ordered the new canopy.
It was on sale for 20% off. I received it in a timely manner but I live in Wisconsin and wasn’t going to install for a couple weeks. When I went to install it I realized I ordered the wrong one because their text took me to multiple products on one page. I paid to have it shipped back at my expense because it was my mistake. But, it was hard to believe in this day and age with customers service that they refused to give the sale price on the second canopy. "

"We love the pergola replacement canopy's GardenWinds offer. The Canopy’s are durable and hold up to weather well! They last twice as long as the original did! I just purchased my 3rd one in 7 years. My Pergola is in direct sun all day, so fading does occur. The drain holes work well to relieve pockets of water, but you do get dripped on. Prices are very good"

"I have purchased several canopies for my 10 year old gazebo frame. After sending a picture of my frame, I received the one they recommended and it is a perfect fit. It would be nice if they furnished tie downs to use where they placed grommets. "
