"After multiple emails back and forth, they were unable to correctly identify their own replacement canvas gazebo cover. I've ordered the closest one we could narrow it down to, however... my original ship date (which was 5 weeks away) is now an ADDITIONAL 6 weeks. Which means I'll be waiting at least 11 weeks for a replacement that might not even work. I can only hope it fits."

They are way over priced for the quality of workmanship. Plus they aren't as comfortable as the originals. Honestly, they look like they will have to be replaced again next year....that's how shabby they look.

"My canopy arrived and when I went to install it with my husband it was so tight we had to stretch so much at the corner that now we can see the stitches. I am worried about this because I am sure with the exposure to the sun the stitches will weaken and it will come apart. This the fourth canopy I am replacing in 10 years and it is always the same problem. "
