"The replacement gazebo for my discontinued Lowe's gazebo never quite measures up. The fit is too tight around the perimeter- always a risk of tearing pulling the corners down. Especially the very last corner. The panels on each end of the 12 ft. sides ALWAYS sag & collect water. I always have to add additional support underneath these panel to assist water run off. It has made no difference buying the basic replacement or the RipLock 500. Both last if you are lucky maybe 2 years at best. And I take my down and store for winter months. I recommend thinking about a gazebo with a hard top- not material. Replacement costs add up over the years & failure of said product will NOT be covered under a warranty. Warranty is pretty useless except in the case of damaged shipment.."
