"Going directly to Garden Winds for our new gazebo canopy would have cost us $120; searching for the exact Garden Winds product produced the same one for $90 at Garden Winds. GW responded quickly; it was ready for shipment the same day. Canopy is not as heavy as the original, which lasted three years. We'll see how long this one lasts."

The fabric and color are much superior to the original. It was a bit pricey, but my frame is in good condition even though it is several years old. "Lots of artificial customer service, but not really helpful. The Garden Winds reps only have very limited information to base their help on. I had a model that was only carried by Amazon for a year, so they don't carry a cover for that model. They have no ability to look up covers by dimensions. I tried one of their universal covers to be ready for the next year. It was huge and not really adjustable, and therefore useless. Of course, by the next season it was past their 30 day return window. NO REFUND. Found a cover that worked marginally, from a previous gazebo I had, and used that. After two years, I actually used Garden Winds to buy that replacement cover (which doesn't fit great, but buys me another year.) Told my story to rep, and manager, no offer of discount. I was disappointed (but might have given them a 2 star rating for being nice). However, the next day I get an email recommending to buy the universal cover. The whole story was in my email. What morons! They act nice, but don't really help. I'd rather have someone nasty that can get the job done right (can you tell I'm from the East Coast?)
If you have a model they carry, they might be okay. But they should admit that they cannot help if you have something less common."
