"I sent 2 pictures of my frame, including store where purchased and frame dimensions but never got a response. I ordered what I hope is the correct size and fit. Have not unboxed it yet to know if I ordered correctly or not. This is my second replacement top. The first one was to big and I had to do a make shift set up to prevent puddling on the top. The quality of the material is great, just wish you guys would follow up a little better."

"I called garden winds regarding a canopy replacement for mine that was torn. She could not tell me any information but told me to take a picture and send it to them. I did along with the model number I have not yet heard anything back from them. I'm taking it upon myself to look up the gazebo model number and the appropriate canopy model number. I'm so pleased to find a replacement. It says it is out of stock until April 30th 2019. I still like to know why they never responded to pictures I uploaded as the customer service representative recommended I do and I did it right away. That was approximately 3 weeks ago"
