"We have previously ordered a replacement canopy from Garden Winds for a pergola of theirs we purchased through Home Depot and we had a good experience. So, we ordered an 8' x 8' metal pergola with Sunbrella canopy--dealing with Garden Winds went well. BUT, when delivered by the trucking company they outsource to, it arrived severely damaged. They no longer will carry and ship this product, however, for double the price Walmart carries it on their online site. It is shipped by Garden Winds! When I called they said it would be shipped by the same trucking company and "good luck". We did get a fast refund which I am very thankful for and appreciate their service in that regard. I think they need to use a more reliable trucking company for their shipments."
