"The following are the two problems: 1. when we received it there was a hole in the net part. We put it up just the same instead of the hassle of returning it and getting anew one. 2. It rained a couple of times, the rain water accumulates on all 4 sides and the fabric sags in the middle as there is no room for the water to go. I have to go and push the water down which gets me wet in the process."

I have ordered in the past and I truly do not believe that it took this long to get the merchandise or even notices as to what the delays were. Once I do receive the order I will be glad to rate this experience.

"We ordered the new top in June of 2018 anticipating the failure of our 11 year old top (which had survived Hurricane Ike when came through Ohio in 2008.) The new top came within a few days and I put on a shelf for this year (2019.)
We just opened the box this week and put the top on. It fit perfectly and had the vent and hardware to hook the top to the frame.
