"I love that they ended up having the option that I needed for a very old gazebo. I will start by saying that is awesome and very hard to find! It ended up fitting however we started by buying the universal option first because it’s the first ones on the site and the description makes it sound like it could potentially fit all old gazebos. My only complaint is you have to pay for shipping to your house and if you choose to return it even if you are exchanging you have to pay for the return shipping as well, I paid about $20 for a cover I did not use even though they still had my business when I ordered the replacement. I am also still waiting for reimbursement on the first gazebo that was shipped back about five days ago ."

"Unfortunately, once the cushions &Canopy arrived I realized the canopy color did not match cushions and is unacceptable in color. I was hoping there could be some sharing of return shipping costs that are near $100, but they had nothing to offer me in recourse at all, other than if you think you can compress cushions to smaller box size without damaging them ( regarding return condition), then do so. "
