"The first three-(3) canopies I ordered, were the incorrect canopies for my frames. We had to wait three weeks from the time we received this initial shipment and when we could attempt to install the wrong canopies due to inclement weather each weekend. Once we attempted to install the first canopy, it became obvious that "I" had ordered the wrong canopies for my frames. Even though it was over 30-days from my initial order, the Garden Winds (GW) customer service staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Once I supplied them with a picture of my frames, they quickly determined the correct canopies that I needed. GW accepted back and credited my first order and I was able to order the recommended canopies. I installed the replacement/recommended canopies within a couple of days of receiving them and they fit like a glove with superior quality. This is the second time I've purchased canopies from GW over about 4-years and I have nothing but high praise and appreciation for their dedication to quality products and superior customer service! I'm a fan for life!"

"The ordering process was fairly easy. I do, however, think the price of this item could be lower. I've had to order a new canopy every year, but that is because a tree partially overhangs my canopy. My major complaint with the canopy is "poor drainage". When it rains the water tends to pool at the bottom edges of the canopy. I have finally purchased a grommet press and install additional grommets along the bottom edges of the canopy."
