Bad Customer Service

"Finding the item I needed but I ordered it during the holiday season and paid extra for 2 day delivery as I needed the item for a Birthday gift and even thought the customer line insisted later they had a notice on the payment screen that they were closed for approx. a week I looked closely for any signs that the item might be delayed when I ordered and there was none. The item wasn't received for 12 days. Very unhappy!!!"

"canopy was only a shade structure and did not provide any rain protection I do not believe this was noted on product description. Considerable damage was done to equipment stored under canopy.

Poor process in web site delivery

"The materials were requested with a 3-day turn around. If the materials are not able to be delivered in 3 days because of the holidays that option should be removed rather than charge someone for it or minimally the date of delivery should be shown so it is clear that it will not be able to be delivered in the time expected."

Horrible Do Not buy from this company

"I ordered a full set of cushions from this company. From the order to the shipment was 12 months. Once I did receive the shipment of cushions they faded and changed from green to yellow hue. I contacted the company on multiple occasions and was told to send photographs. I sent photos repeatedly each time they stated they were emailing me and I should look in my spam. This was of course not true as there was no email communication. They asked for better and more pictures of which I sent to customer service. I have a trail of email communication and phone calls which I turned over to the Better Business Bureau. I have never received any further communication. I have 500.00 worth of faded cushions which took a year to receive. Customer service is horrible and quality is even worse. Caution! Do not deal with this company."

Quick delivery and attractive canopy

"This was my second canopy from Garden Winds for my Ace Hardware gazebo. It looks attractive, but the mid-pockets ripped when we attempted to secure them. These could be greatly improved with just one more inch of fabric for the square canopy. "

"Everything went well the only regret I have is that they can’t email you confirmation of order an expected date of shipment. The shipment came with in a reusable time but I had no tracking email to be able to track it."
