"Simply awesome, I was ready to give up replacing our canopy and purchasing a new system.
Sent pics to a few companies, no return emails and one stated it my or my not be our gazebo.....
That **** me off but I laughed and that’s when “ Garden Winds “ site appeared , sent pics and still looking for our model on there site which we bought at Costco .
I did manage to find ours and ordered it , with there help and I also phoned as I had other questions.... friendly , very helpful and professional.
The gazebo cover arrived exactly on time quoted and they suggested treating fabric with the choice of 2 brand names so cover will last longer ..... that’s great service !!!
Ours covers our hot tub , so it gets the weather as well as any chemicals gased off from tub .

"I was robbed by Garden Winds. In march i order a replacement for a gazebo i got from Big Lots. I was unsure of the correct replacement so I contacted customer service. Even tho i read them my model number they sent me the wrong replacement at a cost of $207. I wasn't planning on replace it until fall but i had the money then to get is. Mid October I hired someone to put is on only to discover I had the wrong one. Mind you this was the first time it was out of the box. They refuse to exchange it. I had no choice but to order another one. I asked what did with the other one and the customer service said to put it on Craigs list or Face book market. I did and sold it be fore the new one got here which cost another $125. Hire someone again to put on yet again THE WRONG ONE. I sent it back within 10 days. I just wanted to exchange for the correct one not a refund. They are refusing again to correct the issue. And want to charge me another $27 to send me the wrong they sent to me back. They have robbed me of almost $459. They are thieves that will take your money even if they make a mistake in sending the wrong product and don't care how they screw you over. Your are a FOOL to do business with them. I wish i would have read reviews before doing business with these thieves."
