"I ordered the "True Navy" and received a 'light slate blue color", my husband contacted them but we had to pay to ship it back despite the fact it was not as shown online. I did return it and ordered the beige. The beige is nice but the day after we installed it we had rain here in MA and it leaked on all seemed areas. I'm still waiting for my refund on the True Navy one I returned 2 weeks ago. Would have liked better quality for the $$$."
"I ordered a 10x10 replacement canopy cover which seems to be too small for my 10x10 gazebo, I'm confused as to why we don't seem to be able to make it fit our gazebo frame, however we do plan to give it another try before returning it, hopefully this time we can get to fit. The quality of the cover is very good and the workmanship is excellent."
"We only had a brand name for the canopy that we needed not a model number. The customer service team was very helpful in helping us select the correct replacement canopy. When the canopy arrived (ahead of the expected delivery date) it is a perfect fit, exactly what we needed. Appears to actually be a little better quality than the original.
