"This product is flimsy and not safe to sit on. The plastic fasteners would not stay latched and one broke. The company offered to send another set but I don’t want another inferior product. I was able to improve the seat with simple metal key rings. I did appreciate the company’s service department attempts to please me. Not possible with this product."
