"I received the cover and it was exactly the size, shape and type needed to replace my original I have had for years. It rained for the next week and completely caved in and stretched the material on one complete side. I thought paying $129.99 was giving me good quality. Definitely not the same as the original and I am angry I threw away the box and return labels it came with to return this garbage. "

In the spring month of May I opened the package to find a twelve inch open cycle in one of the netting sections. I will be calling the company to return the product for an exchange. Hope the company stands by their product."
"Not happy with this company. I placed my order on the first of May for a new canopy, it said available on the 19th . So I called to see the status of it. They said it showed no date for availability, but that I would have to wait another two weeks and would still not be sure of delivery date. Customer service was not friendly and there knowledge of my order was not helpful. "
