And two pockets ripped on initial install. The only reason I chose to keep the canopies is because there is literally NO where else to purchase it. One return is pending now. "I recently found myself in need of a replacement canopy for my Home Depot gazebo. I had previously bought a replacement canopy from Home Depot (Hampton Bay brand) but it was not reinforced and didn't last very long. I not only asked around, but searched on the Internet as well and it soon became apparent that Garden Winds was the place to go. I found exactly what I needed almost immediately and found that it was even available in 6 different colors and it was on sale when I ordered it! Shipping (via UPS) was reasonable and FAST! They do not refund any of the shipping cost, and charge for their return label . Customer service was marginal, and I will most likely not buy from them again."
"I had ordered a replacement canopy cover, and within 24 hours of me ordering , it was sitting on my doorstep.
The online ordering was easy and offered choices that I was unaware were available, cost was reasonable. I live just outside Edmonton Alberta Canada, and shipping warehouse is in California. I was able to track every step of the shipping, and couldn't believe it when it showed up on my doorstep a mere 24 hours later.
