"Ordered a 9ft /8spar replacement umbrella cover only. Went with Garden Winds because I assumed the quality was better than some of the covers I had seen at 1/4 the price. I was wrong. My $70 cover was just another cheaply made cover from China. I could see through the single stitched seams and with the thin material, I doubt it would have lasted a couple months. I promptly packed it back up and shipped it back the same day. Now back to the search for quality. "

"I am very impressed with the company, but a bit disappointed with the product. The 3 tier replacement umbrella canopy does not fit well. It is extremely difficult to install--it seems the pockets are a bit deep and the fabric has no stretch, so we simply can not completely install the uppermost tier. On tier 2, snap attachments are meant to slip into a channel, but they are much too small, so they just come out. This is not a huge problem when open, but results in a very floppy look when collapsed. However, I am not returning my canopy and am trying to make it work. The return costs of international shipping are the main reason. I will take the product to a marine upholsterer and have the snaps replaced (I kept the original ones) and have a tie installed so I can affix the last pocket to the frame. I still feel my frame is in excellent condition and can't replacement my umbrella for the cost of the canopy--but it would seem that it was not actually designed to fit on the 3 Tier Costco frame that I have. If I knew then what I know now I would have one made by a canvas upholster. That would cost more, but it would fit, look better, and saved me hours of trouble trying to make it work. I would definitely order from this company again, but would stick to a less complex product."
"Our patio structure had no identification so we measured and took pics and sent to Garden Winds. Their best guess was a perfect fit for our structure. We put it up in the morning and couldn't stretch it to all four corners even though our structure had sliding support rods. We allowed the sun to bathe the structure for two hours and, voila', the covers had warmed enough to allow the final stretch. Patio covers look great and we're very pleased with the service and the product we received."

"They canopy replacement will lasts 4 to 5 years, Although I only use it for 5 months of the summer and I take it down every fall, this is the third time in 8 years that I had to buy a replacement canopy. They claim 4 to 5 years longevity but 5 months times 4 years does not add up, that's not even 3 years. They didn't even offer to pro-rate it. "
