"We ordered patio cushions as well as a canopy top for a swing a couple of years ago and have been very happy with them. We ordered another set of cushions this year just to get a different color. They are on back-order which was OK with us. However in the interim we had an unexpected expense come up & had to cancel our order. Joslynn was very pleasant & helpful & saw to it the order got cancelled. "I ordered a replacement cover for a canopy we've had for several years. This was actually a repeat order, as I had to replace the cover a few years back, so it should have been simple, right? Not so fast, my friend!
The canopy arrived, I removed the old one, and began installing the new one when I realized it was not the correct cover. I contacted Garden Winds customer service, explained the issue, and was asked to take pictures of the box and the label on the cover itself and text them, which I did. They confirmed that it was, indeed, the wrong part (their error).
I was told that as soon as I returned the incorrect part, they would send the correct one, but not until they had shipment tracking info. When asked if they could at least overnight the correct one, since I had already removed the old damaged cover, they said "only if you want to pay $35 for overnight. We only ship ground." It was 3 days later before they finally shipped the correct part. I was forced to wait an additional TEN days when it was clearly their fault. Also, the return shipment from me arrived in 4 days, while the replacement cover is still "in transit", due to arrive in EIGHT days. Very disappointing, especially as a repeat customer I would have thought they would make a little more effort to correct THEIR error."

I had to repaint my pergolas because Garden Winds has the replacement covers for them. I just gave one of them away and purchased another cover for it. My daughter loves the pergola and does not even know about the new cover I bought.
