"I accidentally ordered two canopies on a Friday with overnight shipping. I meant to order one canopy, not two canopies. I attempted to cancel my order, but did not have the option in my account profile. I emailed Garden Winds that same night and explained what happened. I called Garden Winds the following morning at 6:45 am and spoke with Jocelyn, and explained what happened. I asked Jocelyn to cancel one of the canopies. Jocelyn said she could not cancel one the canopies, but would provide a free UPS shipping label to return the extra canopy. I asked why she could not just cancel the entire order and allow me to order one new canopy. Jocelyn said that was not possible because the canopies were already on a pallet waiting to be shipped on Tuesday, because UPS did not pick up on Saturdays and Monday was Presidents Day. I then told Jocelyn that I didn’t want to pay for overnight shipping ($63), if I wasn’t going to receive the canopy overnight. Jocelyn said that the “processor” was the only person that could make that change, but she wasn’t in that day. Jocelyn said the processor would be in the following day. I asked Jocelyn if she was sure the processor would be in on a Sunday. Jocelyn assured me that the processor would be in the following day and could change the shipping from overnight to a less expensive option. I called the following day, and was told the shipping could not be changed because the canopies were on a pallet. I asked the rep why someone could not take canopy off the pallet, but did not receive a straight answer. I received my canopies and free return shipping label inside the same box as my canopies that following Wednesday. Now, why was someone able to put a free shipping label in my box, but unable to remove one of the canopies and change my shipping label? I’ll tell you why. The people that answered the phone were either lazy, bad liars, or a combination of both. "
"Received my replacement canopy very quickly. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one. Fortunately, the item came with a return label ($10 deduction for shipping) and my return was processed expediently. Garden Winds even emailed me to say they had processed my refund. I re-ordered the correct canopy and it fits perfect. This is the second replacement canopy I have ordered from Garden Winds in the past 4 years as I leave it out year-round (which is not recommended). Garden Winds makes a great product and their customer service is top-notch!"

I found the replacement panels and canopy on Garden Winds website and it was perfect! Everything fit like it was brand new and we didn't have to assembly the frame again. We weren't as swift as the guy in the video putting the canopy on, but we got it done the first try.
