"After I ordered my gazebo top and it was here in a week. This is the third top I have ordered in the 10 years I have had the gazebo. I have found the service to be outstanding and professional. "

"We were pleased when we found our Gazebo cover so reasonable at Garden Winds. The only thing that seemed strange was the option to save 30% on a second top on the first ever purchase from Garden Winds IF we bought 2. I would have loved this option, but not on my initial purchase from a company I had never bought from before.

Since I could not fit test my canopy any longer (several of my support arms were destroyed due to the snow collapsing the roof of the gazebo) I didn't want to invest in two and potentially hold the bag on 2 non-fitting tops. The cost and the information matches, but I can't test fit it right away, so it leaves a new customer wondering why buy 2 on the initial purchase.

I hope they keep the policy, because all gazebos eventually need replacement tops, and I would love to have a few years worth in stock. The look of the original equipment top was average to poor after one season, I am feeling if I get 2 years out of every top, I will be lucky. I believe the gazebo is strong enough to last at least 10 years. so I wouldn't mind stocking a few.

All the rest of my transaction went very well, and I should have the gazebo back in action in another month to test fit the top.

The original cushions had buttons, while these did not come with buttons. We replaced only one chair cushions, so now we have one set with and one set without cushions buttons... :("
