"I never write product reviews but my recent experience has changed my mind. I am a repeat customer and have always found their product to be of the highest quality. We moved about two months ago and I order a replacement canopy. Placed the order online without issue but when I received the order confirmation, I noticed they used my old address even though I entered my new address. I called because the tracking status indicated it had not been picked up yet. When I called, I was told there would be an additional charged of over $25 (shipping was originally $9.50) even though the item hadn't left the premises. The CSR told me that their system still used the old address even though you enter a new one. Clearly a problem on their end. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"The canopy fits perfectly, so I was happy to have shade after the hurricane shredded my custom-made cover I had made 3 years ago to replace the cheap one that came w/pergola. Yet this newest replacement it isn’t even waterproof?! The morning dew even seeped through the first day after I hung it. I have now spent almost 1/3 the cost of it to make it somewhat water resistant, yet the seams still leak. I bought 2 because I did not expect it to last too long, now I’m not sure if that was the right decision or not. Also, the solar string lights I purchased with the discount are so dim they are worthless. I’m soggy & sad. :("
