The Pinnacle BD650's work nicely with or without a Subwoofer. Involving/Stellar Imaging/Clarity/Presence,they cover the Full Spectrum of Sound & Frequency's. Audiophile Ear candy at it's BEST! All Vocals/Instruments/Sounds are exactly positioned where they belong. The"Sweet" spot is just that,"SWEET" & Mesmerizing! Home Theater never sounded so GOOD! I was a bit hesitant placing my first order, but it shipped promptly, no surprises.

My latest order had a problem with Garrett being able to get one of the products from his distributor. I thought Jeff's communication with me about the issue was very good, and he included me in dialogs with his distributor.

In the end, I had to take part of my order to another merchant. But I can't complain about Garrett's Smart Electronics. They are not a big warehouse stocked with product, and I understand there are occasionally supply issues.
