"Everything is ok, except that they did not require a signature with delivery and they didn't ask me if I wanted "signature-required."

It was delivered to a rental I own in a very bad neighborhood, so we are quite lucky that it wasn't stolen, as the delivery agent just placed it on the front porch.

A tenant discovered it and put it in the storage room.

Otherwise, it could easily have been stolen.

I spoke with the manager of the company and told him about this and he said that he would have his sales people ask if the customer wants signature-required delivery.
