"Product is nice, but the shipping procedures were awful. I ordered a gate on a Monday, thinking it would be shipped the next day. I called on Thursday to confirm a time for delivery and it had not even been picked up yet for delivery. They said they had packing issues, but never called to tell me that. It did finally get picked up on Thursday and was delivered to Gaffney, NC to the substation on Friday morning. UPS said they tried to call me for a delivery confirmation but Gatecrafters had given them my Florida phone number, not my NC phone number. So, finally on Monday I called UPS and proceeded to go pick it up myself... about a 3 hour ordeal. So, all I can say is, follow up immediately on your delivery and confirm everything!!!"
