When I emailed about these issues and other questions, I was instructed to call back during business hours. I ordered the opener online so I should be able to resolve issues online. "

My one complaint is that an important item was listed as "in stock" but when the order was received that item was back ordered (arriving a week later) and I still had to reschedule my installer to make a return trip which cost me additional fees. We contacted them by phone 3 times and only met with incompetent, ignorant sales people. The first one said he did not know the demensions of the cover and could not tell us. He said just send it back if it is not right. On the second call another salesperson said they could not find it on their website. On the third call the woman said she would get back to us. She never called back. We finally purchased the item from another company."
