Prima di effettuare l'ordine, considerando che si trattava di una spesa impegnativa che andava oltre i 500 euro e avendolo trovato ad un prezzo veramente allettante, ero molto indeciso per la paura di prendere qualche fregatura, ma alla fine, dopo aver letto le varie recensioni decido di procedere con l'acquisto. Il prodotto è un Laser Neje 3 max. Dopo poco meno di 2 anni di utilizzo ho avuto dei problemi hardware e sia l'assistenza Neje e sia il servizio clienti di Geekbuying si sono mostrati da subito disponibili e collaborativi fino ad individuare il problema che causava il guasto e provvedendo subito a spedirmi i pezzi di ricambio a titolo totalmente gratuito. Per concludere, credo di aver fatto la scelta più giusta a scegliere Geekbuying perché, raramente si trovano aziende così oneste da seguirti con la massima attenzione nel post vendita. Per esperienze già vissute in passato, ho trovato diverse volte aziende che, al momento del bisogno, ti voltano le spalle ignorando totalmente le tue richieste. A chiunque avesse il minimo dubbio di fare acquisti su GeekBuying consiglio vivamente di farlo con tutta tranquillità sapendo di essere veramente e totalmente protetti (almeno per tutto il periodo di garanzia).
