"I bought Fiido L3 from this site, but no one has helped with the repair since September. I have a warranty, but they return emails late and do not provide a solution.I still haven't received any results regarding my transactions. They respond to emails within 2-3 days. Don't buy anything from here. They could not verify the address for 1 month. Finally, I asked for a refund. And I'm still waiting for them to come back. I was doing Deliveroo in Dublin. But I haven't been able to work for 2 months because of this company. They have to cover my losses. because they couldn't repair the bike for 2 months. And I wrote in my first email that I was working as Deliveroo. but they don't care. They absolutely don't care if your products break.
I am attaching the date I first sent an e-mail as a photo below. The date is September 27. That's incredible. The worst site I have ever seen in my life. Who will cover my 2-month loss? I haven't been able to use my bike for two months? Even though it is under warranty!!"
