"N'étant pas satisfait par le TallPower 2000W car la sortie 220 V était suspendue au moins une fois par jour, j'ai obtenu un échange avec un Fossibot 2400 W pour la somme de 120 € environ. J'ai certes dû régler des frais de port (près de 40 € avec l'assurance) et cela a pris un certain temps mais je suis très satisfait du nouvel appareil. la personne qui a géré cette affaire a été très cordiale et très efficace. Je recommande cette société."

"We ordered a Touroll electric bike from Geekbuying , and it arrived speedily and very well packed. Unfortunately, the battery charger was missing, so we contacted Geekbuying for a replacement. Prompt and faultless complaint

"The display on my proscenic P12 stick vacuum cleaner started showing incorrect values ​​and that's why I decided to complain about it. Excellent After-Sales Support - A Positive Experience

"Bought a computer monitor with very good performance. After a week it stopped working properly. I contacted the after-sales service and from the first moment they explained and attended me in a very correct way. They gave me all the correct indications to solve the problem. After a couple of weeks I had my new monitor. Very happy with the treatment and professionalism when dealing with the customer. It is never a good experience when these problems happen, but if from the first moment they explain what is happening and how it will be solved, it is a good experience."
