"Everything shows that I overloaded the bike at some point. Error 23 occurred to me several times when I pushed it uphill with the electric assist. After several repetitions, it stopped working.
I contacted the service and received immediate help.
They immediately sent a motor, which unfortunately did not fix the problem. After that, they sent me controller, which fixed the error.
I would appreciate the fast, efficient and free warranty service.
