"Bought a power station, solar input didn't work as advertised and now don't work at all. Aftersales assistance just say "send us a picture of the original cable being used" even though I tested everything and proved solar input voltages and tells me that "they need to contact the department" for more then one week. I was planning to go on a vacation with the power station in 2 weeks but now I won't be able to because the defective input was not apparent at first but only when I plugged more then one solar panel. Have escalated the problem with PayPal, will update if anything changes but keep in mind that the manufacturing company is more responsive then these resellers. Will update if anything will change but have really few hopes of that happening"

I have ordered a computer monitor from Geekbuying that has arrived in time, but unfortunately the delivery company damaged the parcel and broke the screen, so when I opened it it was broken.
I contacted the customer support and they were very friendly and comprehensive, and explained to me the steps to return the item, and suggested to send me a new one, which I really appreciated.
The new parcel arrived fast and everything was OK.
