"Great prices, great support (Live Chat and especially those at the aftersalfe support team), they sent me a refund for a problematic gamepad (small problem, but for an elitist it's a big thing), by sending them a video with the only available camera at the moment, which was blurry. They removed from the e-shop a problematic smartwatch which I bought (I've bought more almost a dozen products from their e-shop for me and my family & friend, and everything was perfect). Now, I bought one of the best & underrated products, the Ulefone Power 5S, which I think is the best phone I've ever bought. I'm listening to music all day long and the battery after 3 days is still on 70%+ Although, First the smartwatch, which was on the same order, now this... I took 3 months for them to arrive. Secondly the watch was for the waste bin. a used phone saying it was new THAS IS DANGEROUS. It stops and continues charging without warning. And when power saving mode is on, while charging, the cable got really hot that burnt me, and smoke started coming of the cable or the charging port. Also half of the times power saving mode or normal mode it mistakes connecting the charger to connecting my headphones --whether I connect the cable that charges the phone or the headphones. Although this isn't a big problem, you just have to check and if it says it's charging and not that you connected the headphones it'll keep charging unless you forget to turn off power saving mode --then you might cause a dangerous accident. I cannot even fathom what would have happened if it had gotten that hot that my house caught fire, or even worse what would have happened if a kid was near this phone which has a huge battery and it blew off? They endangered me and my family. Still I have faith they'll make amends. After all a blurry video got me a refund, and the after sale support it great. excuse me for being upset. "
