HELPFUL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

"I had a couple of major computer and printer problems that required expert help. My laptop and printers had stopped working.

TheGeeks2U booking and billing service was straightforward and courteous.

Stephen, the technician, provided friendly, professional assistance. His expertise with Macs meant he was able to fix the somewhat challenging problems I was facing. It is helpful to have someone who came to my home, ensuring everything works with my own network and Internet provider.

My only problem with Geeks2U is that it is expensive, especially for pensioners like me. I realise such charges are common in the field, but it would be great to offer a discount for pensioners, who often need assistance.

Thank you for good, expert service!

"I personally would give GEEKS2U a 10/10 for prompt in answering calls
also for Technician turning up on time and also sorting out our issues with upgrading
from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and setting up our email account again as we are not
computer savvy at all when it comes to setting up new system :-(

Very happy Experience

"My first experience with Geejs2U was today. I contacted them yesterday and arrangements made with call centre was for the next morning. Unfortunately, circumstances required them advise me the consultant was unable to make that appointment and that later in the day was available.
I was able to accommodate and the technician arrived on time and was able to offer advice, fix a number of issues I had in a friendly, efficient manner in two hours. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use this company for any future issues.

"Santa gave us a new smart tv for christmas but our storage device for recording movies would not be recognised by the tv.
Ashish was able to format our device and now I can record my movies again!
