TheGeeks2U booking and billing service was straightforward and courteous.
Stephen, the technician, provided friendly, professional assistance. His expertise with Macs meant he was able to fix the somewhat challenging problems I was facing. It is helpful to have someone who came to my home, ensuring everything works with my own network and Internet provider.
My only problem with Geeks2U is that it is expensive, especially for pensioners like me. I realise such charges are common in the field, but it would be great to offer a discount for pensioners, who often need assistance.
