"Tri was lovely - I didn't expect a technician who would be as nice or as good a communicator. I had great confidence in him from the beginning of our one-hour session and in this one hour he fixed every problem I had asked to be fixed when I rang Geeks2U. The phone booking service was also very pleasant and efficient and I was able to make an appointment very quickly. A relief to have my Mac - which was stalling and generally uncooperative - working again (and to have a clear understanding of why this was the case!)."

"After de-installing and re-installing Office 365 on one machine multiple times, I was always presented with a message I was not connected to the Internet when I tried to start Outlook - even though I had just downloaded and installed the software. So frustrating - I was almost ready to throw the laptop in the bin when I called them.
They arrived the next day at the agreed time.
The engineer knew why he was there and was able to address the issue without wasting any time.
I was back on line with my email system again within 15 minutes of his arrival."

Have to remember these are real Geeks and sometimes have to ask to "decode" but I have found always happy to answer the most basic question.
